These terms explain use of the Tighten Up Your Locs website and its appointment-request features. For service or scheduling questions, contact Shay at hello@tightenupyourlocs.com.

Appointment requests and confirmations

Submitting the form sends a request for review. A saved-request reference confirms receipt, not an appointment reservation. Published request windows are invitations to request a time, not guaranteed appointments. Shay must confirm an appointment or offer an alternative. Follow the instructions in any confirmation or proposed-time message.

Services, prices and changes

Ask Shay about the service, preparation, current price and any applicable appointment policies before confirming. This website does not take payment or charge a deposit when you submit a request. No cancellation fee, refund policy or service guarantee is created by this request form. Any applicable service-specific arrangements should be confirmed directly with Shay.

If you need to change or cancel a confirmed appointment, contact Shay or follow the instructions provided with your appointment. Sending a new request does not automatically change an existing confirmed appointment.

Using the website

Provide accurate contact information and submit requests for yourself or someone you are authorized to assist. Do not send spam, malicious content, payment credentials or sensitive medical information. Do not attempt to access another person’s private booking information or interfere with the site.

Content and availability

Website content identifies the business and explains its services. The homepage illustration is labeled as an illustration, not client work. Website content and availability may change; contact Shay if information is unclear or you cannot submit a request. An interrupted submission may have been received, so check with Shay before sending it again.

Privacy and outside services

The Privacy Policy explains request information, website measurement and service providers. Links to outside services lead to websites with their own policies. These website terms do not replace the details of your confirmed appointment or any separately agreed service terms.
